This trip travels to our base camp in the heart of the Sun River Valley, along Whiskey Creek. The valley is unique for its expansive meadows rimmed by snow capped peaks in the summer range of elk, deer & bighorn sheep. Designed to maximize opportunity for wildlife watching with emphasis on scenic day rides, fishing and hiking.
TRIP #2 HIGH ADVENTURE TRIP

This high adventure trip travels from the stunning Sun River Valley area into the Middle Fork of the Flathead River area crossing the Continental Divide twice. Moving every other day, this trip is designed for experienced riders who want a challenge. Great fishing.
TRIP #3: CHINESE WALL

Traveling into the Sun River Valley area, this trip then climbs to the famous Chinese Wall, a majestic and rugged 12 mile section of the Continental Divide. With camps along the banks of the Sun River and at the base of the Divide, we'll explore the splendor of this spectacular rock formation. Fishing, hiking and riding opportunities abound.

Basing out of our camp on Biggs Creek in the North Fork of the Sun River Valley, these trips highlight scenic day rides to Beartop Lookout, Elk Hill and Gates Park. The Sun River Elk herd is over 2500 in number and in September, the fall rutting season is in full swing. We'll see first hand the elk herd dynamics and other high country wildlife with the backdrop of the Chinese Wall. Layover days are filled with fishing, hiking, interpretive day rides, or relaxing in a peaceful setting. Base camp accommodations feature deluxe camping with wall tents, cots and woodstoves as well as large heated cook tent for dining.
